Lynn Rasmussen

"Develop Professional Relationships -

Communication is NOT the Key!"

So often you will hear that communication is the key to relationships.  Lynn Rasmussen disagrees.  Developing a strong personal foundation is the key.  When you have yourself on track, then you will be clear and on track with all of your professional relationships.  Using lively stories and simple tips that you can use now, Lynn will outline the five secrets to developing yourself and your professional relationships.

Lynn Rasmussen, is an award-winning author of the very popular book, Men Are Easy.  She is a life coach with clients in Hawaii and on the mainland and we are extremely lucky to have her as a guest speaker.  Please make every attempt to attend this outstanding program.

APRIL 20 - 26, 2008

ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS WEEK

Originally organized in 1952 as "National Secretaries Week" by the National Secretaries Association (now known as the International Association of Administrative Professionals) , this annual event was established as an effort to recognize secretaries for their contributions in the workplace, and to attract people to secretarial/administrative careers.

In the year 2000, IAAP announced a name change for Professional Secretaries Week and Professional Secretaries Day. The names were changed to Administrative Professionals Week and Administrative Professionals Day to keep pace with changing job titles and expanding responsibilities of today’s administrative workforce.

Over the years, Administrative Professionals Week has become one of the largest workplace observances. The event is celebrated worldwide, bringing together millions of people for community events, educational seminars, and individual corporate activities recognizing support staff with gifts of appreciation.

"Reaching Your Financial Goals Means Knowing Where to Start"

When it comes to money, planning is everything, but knowing where to start can be the hardest part.  That's why Edward Jones created the 'Right on the Money' Seminar.

This easy-to-follow program will show you how to set up a budget that works for you.  That way, you can start saving for the things you want, while making your money work for you.  It's really easier than you think, and it only takes an hour to get started.

Ms. Shabana Shiliwala has been a Maui resident and financial adviser for Edward Jones for over 6 years.  She works with individuals and small businesses to help them reach their financial goals through long-term investment plans.  She is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist through the College of Financial Planning.
